What type of sessions do you offer?
We offer all types of services, events, weddings, engagements, family sessions, portraits, products and commercial, real estate, videography, etc. If its in the camera industry we cover it. weddings, engagement sessions, and events are unique to each session, and requires a consultation. Need one of these sessions, or don’t see the session you’re looking for? Select our “Consultation” page and contact our team to discuss your needs.
How do I book a session?
Booking is easy. Find the “Booking” page and select your desired session. Once you select your session select your time and date to confirm your booking. You can add multiple sessions to one order if you wish.
When will we receive our photos?
You will receive PROOFS of your photos immediately following your session. You will select your favorites and we will then digitally enhance and return your final product within 5 business days. Need your final product returned in a specific time frame? No worries, we offer “Rush Fees” so you can get your photos right away. Just select the appropriate “add-ons” along with your desired session when you are booking.

How will we receive our photos?
We will be providing you with a private, password protected online gallery where you will be able to select your favorites, share your photos with family and friends, download all of your photos, (you will also be provided a download pin as an extra safety precaution). You can also purchase prints right from your gallery. You will be given access to this gallery for 1 year. You can purchase an extension when the time comes if you wish.
Do you provide RAW (Unedited) files?
No. we do not offer our RAW files from your sessions. We take pride in our work and are dedicated to providing you with the best experience humanly possible.
What can we do if we are running late, or need to reschedule our session?
We understand that sometimes life happens, and we can’t always help that. Protect your investments with our “Appointment Insurance.” This insurance allows you to reschedule your session without losing out on your investment. Just select this “add-on” when booking your desired session. Please contact your photographer and let them know if you are running late. If you are 15 minutes late your session could be subject for forfeit. You can contact your photographer and request to purchase a “session extension.” Be advised that there may be other appointments scheduled after your session time. In this case you may need to reschedule. So it’s always good to purchase our “Appointment Insurance” ahead of time.
If we need to cancel our session, do we get a refund?
Yes, you will be issued a full refund If you need to cancel your session. You will be unable to cancel your session within 48 hours of your booking time. Your session will be solidified at this point and cannot be changed or refunded.
Can I bring my pets to our session to be photographed?
Yes, you may bring your pets to your session. The “Clean up” “add-on” must be purchased when booking your session.
Will you work with our Budget?
We understand that hiring a photographer is an investment and sometimes we don’t always have the luxury to do so. We try to work with our clients who have a set budget if it is reasonable. Search for our “Consultation” page and contact our team to discuss your needs.
Can we use props during our session?
Yes. You may bring your own props, or you can rent our studio props. To rent props, just head over to our “Booking” tab and select “Prop Rentals.”
This is our first time being photographed. Do you have posing suggestions?
Yes. We have a “Posing Guide” you can purchase for that extra help and confidence for your session. Just purchase this “add-on” along with your desired session.
